It shouldn't be so difficult to dress up but, as we all know here in Seattle, the wet and freezing winter weather causes us to shiver at the idea of getting out of our flannel pajamas. As January comes to a close, we want to give you a few things to look forward to in February: 

1.) Of course, Valentines Day!! Who doesn't love an excuse to go on a date and/or eat a million chocolate hearts.

2.) President's Day on February 18th. Gotta love the three day weekends! 

3.) The weather is warming up! For most of us here in Seattle, this is a HUGE plus. We love a few days of cold and maybe snow but we're ready to stop shivering and cursing every time we go outside.

Beating the Winter Blues

Brrrrrr!!!! Have you felt the weather outside lately? FREEZING. It's enough to make us all want to crawl into a warm cave and hibernate until spring! Welcome 2013!

Well, it's hard to believe that it's already 2013...but here we are! A year of new beginnings, new opportunities, and for our owner, Shelley, a new baby! We are so thrilled to announce that little baby Kiera Marie was born on December 18th and is just cute as a peach. Winter Wonderland Wednesday

It's a beautiful white and magical morning here on Queen Anne...well...let's be honest, the white part is very minimal at this point, but still, what a fun way to wake up: to a thin blanket of gorgeous white snow. Hope you all are staying safe and cozy on this cold and wet December day. Only six more days until Christmas morning and Meadow will be open from 11-6 through Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday. We are closed on the 24th so be sure to come visit us one last time for all your last minute shopping and style needs! Yes, we all know, the holiday's are just around the corner and the pressure to get all that shopping done is starting to build.
