In Seattle, May often still calls for layers: a cardigan over a dress, a denim jacket in the evenings, maybe even boots on a drizzly day. But in Mexico, especially along the coast, May feels like full-on summer. It’s hot, humid, and absolutely perfect for breezy dresses, sleeveless tops, and sandals that slip on and off with ease. Dresses are my go to attire and most of the dresses I bought at Meadow are perfect for the wether here. I’ve never had a problem dressing for the middle of the year—whether the weather can’t decide or the calendar’s on fast-forward, you’ll find me mixing Spring colors with a dash of Summer style.
