The beginning of the year is a time ripe with promise. Whether you set new year’s resolutions or not, you can’t miss the vibration in the air that is filled with motivation and goal setting. We can be like the Italians, who throw our old items from their balconies on New Year’s Day (we can also be more sustainable than that and donate items that don’t bring you joy anymore to a local Goodwill).
