Am I mistaken, or am I actually seeing daffodils sprouting up among the flower beds? I have spotted budding happening on some of the trees as well. The sunny days at the beginning of March was such a tease, don’t you think? It doesn’t matter really, because when we come up for air from our home offices, sunshine on our shoulders does make us happy! Signs of a new season, like Spring in all its color and growth, gives a feeling of renewal.
So many great things are happening after this years long pandemic. People are feeling like they can finally take a breath, literally! Vaccines are being given and we are looking at the world in a whole new way. People are feeling a sigh of emotional release and relief. We hear it everyday at Meadow Boutique! From where we sit, we are seeing much more appreciation for life and each other. And that my friends, is a beautiful thing.
At Meadow Boutique, we are here to color your world and inspire you to remember the colors we so enjoy about Spring. Our new arrivals this week start with MONO B. This active wear line has given us some pastel colors for our upbeat lounging and HAILEY & CO gives us the push we need to venture out to other clothing besides sweats. DOUBLE ZERO slipped in some t-shirts you might want to stock up on. Jeans are in and will always be in, so don’t throw them in the back seat. Old styles are coming back like boot cut and straight leg and dare I say bell bottoms? Shelley is ordering denim in more styles for your wearing pleasure. WARNING - they are not to be compared to your sweats and joggers. They are your jeans, remember? Please don’t be too quick to replace them yet.

Some of my best memories were the days when I was in Girl Scouts participating in all the fun activities to earn badges on my sash! Girl Scouts is such an empowering place for young girls to gain confidence and be strong leaders. I am sure many of you were a Girl Scout too, so you know the benefits.

We are so happy you are still here with us as we explore the next steps life has put forth so we can feel whole again. We have never forgotten your love and support through this past year. Some days we didn’t know what would happen next. We rode the wave together, some days with smiles and some days with tears. No matter how much life got us down, we always, always got back up. We have you to thank for that! For those of you still feeling scared and lonely, we are thinking of you too. Please know we will be here when you are ready to venture out.
