How is your closet looking for Summer? Do you have all the pieces you need? There is so much to choose from here at Meadow Boutique. There is something for everyone. You know Summer starts June 21st, although with the weather we are having, you would think we were already there. It’s so nice to start out these months so warm and sunny. I somehow wonder it’s because I am leaving soon and Seattle wants me to remember how beautiful it can be before I move on to Mexico. No matter what, I am extremely grateful I moved here at 14, ended up in school, in college, and married, raising my children here.

Seattle is truly a beautiful place. So you must have the clothes to strut your stuff in the Summer here. It’s a whole different place then it use to be. People like showing off their style and posting themselves on Instagram & Facebook in every part of the city, in every season, no matter what their age. I love seeing how all the girls and women put their different pieces together to create their own unique style. It gives us so many ideas on how to style fashion. ZENANA with some Summer dresses and a super sweet romper. GILLI takes the cake with a lovely blue flowered jumpsuit that is so flattering for any body type and also another jumpsuit more utility type. Love it! Very fun style. CHRIS & CAROL with lots of tops for Summer to pair with shorts and jeans. DOE & RAE with a very trendy top that ties up on both sides. Really cute pieces this week as you can see for yourself below. JEN & CO has more bags in the house that have been our best sellers in more textured styles that you will love. There’s some dandy floppy hats that will shade you from those sunny days on that face that hasn’t seen the sun for a bit. They look so great with all kinds of outfits this Summer.

I know I don’t have to remind you that there’s lots happening in June that will make you want to dress up. June is known as the time schools let out for the summer, and June 21 is the longest day of the year with the most daylight hours in the Northern Hemisphere. June also plays host to the ever-important national holidays of Father's Day and Juneteenth and it is also Pride Month.
