We know the 4th of July is right around the corner. This year, the summer season begins on June 21st, but for many Americans, summer doesn't feel quite like it has arrived until the fourth of July decorations come out around the neighborhood. Independence Day is a day of family celebrations with picnics and barbecues, showing a great deal of emphasis on the American tradition of political freedom. Activities associated with the day include watermelon or hotdog eating competitions and sporting events, such as baseball games, three-legged races, swimming activities and tug-of-war games. So many things we can do together on this day to show our patriotism and have a little fun while we are at it! We hope you and your family enjoy next weekend together with whatever you have planned. Happy Red, White and Blue!
Speaking of patriotism……This week we have a few tops with stars in red or blue. So cute and so subtle. They will go with your favorite pair of shorts or jeans or even a fun little skirt. These comfy tops are great way to show your independence! We also received a large color palette of v-neck tank tops. And for all you Dreamers fans, we have 4 new colors in for those cooler nights in the backyard or some sweatshirts that remind us of sherbet colors, if you happen to be out camping in beautiful Washington State. It’s always nice to throw a sweatshirt in the mix if you are feeling a chill on one of those starry nights. I love the red and white polka dot romper we got in this week - oh so fun and flirty! There’s also a long dress with straps or not - just in case you want to tan those shoulders. We are sure that there’s something here for you at Meadow Boutique that you can’t live without for this 4th of July holiday!
We are open Tuesday thru Thursday from 12-5 and Friday and Saturday from 12-6, Sunday 12-5. Our hours are changing a little bit so please make a note. We will get back to our regular hours as soon as we are able!
