The sun will shine this weekend. After all, the day after the 4th of July, Summer suddenly shows up. Just like it has been here all along. We Seattleites have more appreciation for sun than most people. In fact, I read that people in Seattle buy the most sunglasses per capita. I thought that sounded odd until I realized how I will buy a pair when the sun comes out for real, then put them somewhere when the sun disappears, and not remember where I put them, and buy another pair when the sun returns. It all adds up now, right? I am certain that most of us have numerous pairs of sunglasses for this reason. Speaking of sunglasses, we have many different colors and styles at Meadow Boutique for only $12. So if you lose them, it won’t be that big of a deal to grab another pair. One thing I do know, is that when it is sunny here, it is sure hard to beat the beauty that surrounds us in Washington! We hope the sun shines brightly on all your festivities this weekend!
Let’s cool off……This week we have more striped and solid colored tanks. We can never have enough tanks to add to our wardrobe. One in every color makes life much more interesting. The cut is asymmetrical and so stylish. Pair them with shorts or jeans or even dare to add a bralette to your outfit to give it that little extra something. We have some very cute bralettes this week with interesting styles of lace trim in different fabrics that you will love. We’ve added a couple of dresses in a solid and print that are truly a game changer. The tops that came in this week are very bohemian. The backs of them are open with a little tie or a criss-cross, one with bell sleeves, oh my, oh my, so darn lovely. There’s some totes as well, that will help you carry your goods from place to place. With a whole new shipment of earrings, it will be easy to doll up any outfit you put together this weekend! This is the weekend of fun in the sun!
