Ask most locals what their favorite time of year is, and they’ll likely say Fall. Seattle in the Fall is a beautiful time to be in the area for many reasons. The weather is still somewhat warm, and there are plenty of sunny days left.
While we love the summer days we have, Fall in Seattle is ideal for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. There are many Seattle Fall activities to do this time of year, from Fall events to seasonal food to try. After how hot some of our August days get, we actually look forward to this time of year!

Everyone was working from home, so there was no need for a wardrobe to wear to work. So, Shelley bought sweats and joggers and sweatshirts. Seems like Hunter Green is a popular color this season. I love the corduroy jacket that is reversible in that rich rust color. There’s also a pair of bell bottom rib knit pants. We hope you all are doing well and your Summer was outrageous! We know your kiddos are getting ready to go back to school soon and we hope there is some excitement in the air. How nice it will be for them to be in a classroom with their peers again, although wearing a mask all day may not be so comfortable. Last year was quite a different scenario with kids glued to the computer screen trying to learn in a new way. We just want you to know that “we are all in this together” and we hope that the school year goes smoothly for you and your family!
