It’s hard to believe that it is September already. September is a very transitional month, filled with hurried schedules and high emotion. It’s a month of adjusting and letting go, just as the trees let go of their leaves in the fall. School begins, which is exciting for some. For others though, it means letting go of seeing their loved ones 24/7 which can be super hard: especially for those just starting school, or those leaving for college. As hard as it is for those kids to transition into that change I think it is equally difficult for parents. Sometimes the answer to making September less stressful is simply to look at things with a different perspective, and simplify.
